In addition, our qualified cleaners are trained to adapt to each customers' needs for every service so that whether you're in or out, you can remain confident your property is in good hands, and that your priority is our priority.
· Your own representative. Here at Maid from Heaven we recognise that letting someone into your business or home can feel like you're taking a risk, particularly when you don't know them. To make sure you are as comfortable as possible, we will ensure you a regular team or member of staff for servicing of your property, and you will also have regular contact with your area manager to ensure the utmost confidence in your team.
· Regular, reliable, qualified and vetted staff. We believe a happy workforce is a productive workforce and offer as much support to our teams as possible. In addition to regular on-site visits from supervisors and management, all of our staff are qualified and trained to a minimum of a level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support services*; D.B.S. (C.R.B.) checking is also available and we always have staff available for vulnerable peoples' facilities. This includes our cover staff, who are always available so that you are never left in the lurch, and our all black uniform means we are easily recognised on each site, no matter the size.
· The latest, safest methods of cleaning. We believe that a surface that looks clean is only half of the battle. Bacteria can be present in areas despite their appearance which is why we use tried and tested products combined with the latest techniques and methods of cleaning. We adopt a combination of chemical and microfiber technologies to leave a minimal amount of bacteria both in the air and on your surfaces, and with regular training* and support we are able to ensure we maintain any and all environment and safety laws.
· A quick efficient job with no extra charge. Why should a job that should take fifteen minutes take half an hour? We're not looking at skimming or cutting corners, we'll simply do the best job for you at the best price for you. And as a bonus unlike many cleaning services we will never charge you for additional time if it hasn't been needed, which means you can close for Christmas without the added bill.
